Retired law enforcement officer, Air Force veteran, and 17-year intelligence community professional. Jeffrey deployed to Iraq as an Intelligence Capacity Team Lead and served as a Full Motion Video Analyst in DCGS operations. His career spans ISR supervision, criminal investigation, drug recognition screening, and juvenile liaison work. He founded Native Brigade to build the systems that protect children when minutes matter most, and Children Such As These to ensure every rescued child has a path to healing.
Jeffrey is walking 1,952 miles across America — launching May 1, 2026 from Rancho Cucamonga, CA to Terre Haute, IN — to raise awareness and funding for child protection.

Melissa serves as a strategic business development partner to Native Brigade, bringing market access, relationship capital, and operational insight built over more than 30 years of leadership. A Marine Corps veteran and former Judge Advocate, she brings deep expertise in compliance, national security, and organizational strategy across defense and commercial sectors. She operates in an advisory and partnership capacity, connecting the technology with the markets and institutions where it is needed most.
Loy serves as a strategic partnerships advisor to Native Brigade, facilitating institutional relationships, compliance architecture, and go-to-market pathways for Sentinel Guard and Adam's Watch. A Marine Corps Judge Advocate and corporate executive with more than 30 years of experience in national security, higher education leadership, and complex organizational management, he brings the credibility and access that comes from service as senior legal officer for a joint DoD/State Department organization supporting global embassy operations. Loy is also the architect of the Digital Child Safe Ecosystem, ChildSafe.dev General Counsel, and a published author. He operates in an advisory and partnership capacity.
