Retired law-enforcement officer, Air Force veteran, and 17-year intelligence community professional. Jeffrey deployed to Iraq as an Intelligence Capacity Team Lead and served as a Full Motion Video Analyst in DCGS operations. His career spans ISR supervision, criminal investigation, drug-recognition screening, and juvenile liaison work. He founded Native Brigade to pursue systems intended to help protect children when minutes matter.

Loy supports institutional relationships, compliance planning, and development pathways for Sentinel Guard and Adams Watch. A Marine Corps Judge Advocate and corporate executive, he brings more than 30 years of national-security, higher-education, legal, and organizational leadership experience.
